Katie is a seasoned real estate professional with over a decade of experience, overseeing sales at the Belvidere ReMax office and mentoring agents for success. With a remarkable track record of over $100 million in sales and serving 250 clients, she has a proven ability to develop thriving agents. Prior to real estate, Katie spent 10 years in retail management, culminating in a district manager role across several Midwest states. Her motto "HIRE BETTER" drove her success in retail and continues to guide her team development in real estate. Additionally, Katie was part of the Olympic Development Program, and was recruited and played D1 soccer for Northern Illinois University. Viridiana is a distinguished real estate professional known for her integrity, diplomacy, and unwavering sincerity in every transaction. With 7 years in property management and experience as a tax preparer, she also serves as an incoming treasurer at NAHREP. Always on the lookout for new opportunities and ways to invest her time and resources she recently launched a photobooth business, showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit. Recognized with the Top 25% Award through Homesnap in 2022, she is committed to giving back to her community, actively engaging in charitable endeavors and consistently seeking ways to support those in need. Outside of her professional life, she cherishes quality time spent with her family, further emphasizing her dedication to meaningful connections both within and outside of her real estate endeavors.

Korina is a dedicated transaction coordinator with five years of experience on Katie's real estate team. She oversees every detail of transactions, ensuring smooth processes from start to finish. Her professional journey with Katie began in another industry, where their shared commitment to excellence led them to the real estate sector—where she has discovered her true passion. Outside of her professional commitments, Korina enjoys spending quality time with her family and staying actively involved in her children's sports and activities. She appreciates the simple pleasures of life, such as enjoying a good margarita or a glass of wine while reading captivating books.

Tina is a dynamic real estate professional with a background in media, sales, and marketing. She began her career in Chicago at Univision, then moved to an influencer marketing startup, and later pursued broadcast media at a local news station while earning her Master's in Digital Marketing. She also freelances in her spare time, assisting local businesses with website development and market research. Her strong interest in real estate, demonstrated through past collaborations with Katie Oehlberg, has led her to join the Remax team to further pursue her passion. When she's not at work, she's usually reading a book on personal growth or djing at a private event during the weekends.
